Plumpachino is a curated pet comfort store focused on home-friendly essentials for cats and dogs. Our current selection includes cat scratcher lounges, cat window perches, pet cooling mats, slow feeders, lick mats, and waterproof pet blankets and sofa protectors.

Where do your products ship from?

Plumpachino works with fulfillment partners to ship selected pet products to customers. Depending on the product, items may ship from overseas warehouses. Shipping origin is noted on each product page where available.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by product and warehouse location. Most orders arrive within 7–20 business days. Some products may ship faster if stocked in a closer warehouse. Please check the individual product page for estimated delivery details.

Will I receive tracking?

Tracking is included where available. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. You can also track your order using the Track Your Order link in our footer.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Can I return an item?

We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, unassembled, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us before returning any item.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to find a resolution.

Plumpachino is currently focused on a small, curated selection of pet comfort essentials. We prefer testing a limited number of practical products instead of filling the store with random items.
